Great experience and be sure to ask for Jeremy and Rich. Their quotes for auto trade-ins and prices payment for new car is true to price. They go above and beyond to make sure you end up with the car of your choice and if you can’t find the model you like in the lot, they will find it and have it brought in. I went to two other Toyota dealership prior with no luck in finding my model. Then I came into Glendora this past Sunday at 5pm and was able to finish the day with a new car. I waited 3 1/2 hrs. For simple tune up. Was very unhappy to wait so long. I always come here for my car service and have never waited so long.

David millan is a good adviser he help in things the car needs and very polite.

Even though I worked with 2 sales people, they were both great. Especially showing me what my new vehicle can do. They even offered to have me come back to help with continue figuring out how to work all of the technology. Might be worth giving customers a REAL class in it. Soo much to take in at one time. Great service

Experience was good with this service center. Had complete diagnosis available for me to review and solved the problem of the issues with my 2011 Toyota Prius. The repairs were a little more expensive but the diagnostic allowed me to see what other issues to work on.

Chris was great, he let me go over the car with a fine toothe comb, he let me test drive it twice. Never any pressure at all Jeff was also very easy to deal with. And nice again there was no pressure through the whole buying experience. If I need another Toyota I would definitely go back to those fine gentlemen.
