Since we walked in to see the trucks the assistants were very helpful. No pressure sales. They answered all questions. Very helpful that we drove away in a new Tundra. Thanks to Beto our sales person. The whole transactions went quick and smooth.
Great customer service. Service Associates were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only negative comment I have is when they service your car, they remove your car mats from your vehicle and do not put them back when you pick it up. The Associate should have put the mats back or told me he put them on the passenger side floor. Thank you.

Rodrigo understands customer service time & time again. Your phone operator needs to understand when calling in for car to be serviced, you don’t transfer a call to service you forward call to appointment desk. Your operator along with a minimum of 3 employees thee entire time waiting for car to be serviced were just hanging out laughing & telling their stories isn’t a good first impression, when it comes to customer service. This dealership historically has been pretty good to me. I like to come over here and get maintenance on my 2021 4Runner and everything has been smooth. I actually purchased a 2009 4Runner here way back as well! The staff is friendly and listen to you. Will keep coming here for my maintenance!
