When I first called, Claire from sales was very honest and transparent regarding the vehicle availability and pricing. She was also accommodating of my long drive up from San Diego and provided an expeditious buying experience. Chris from finance was very patient with me as I waited an hour on the phone to sort out my car insurance late into the evening. He explained things clearly and did not pressure me into buying anything I didn't want. Working with superstars like Claire and Chris made the 3 hr drive totally worth it.
