Was having several malfunction messages on my dash. Called two Toyota dealers near me but they could not give me an appointment for a few days. Heading on road trip so needed asap. Made late afternoon call to Glendora Toyota, they booked me first thing in morning. Got there and I explained what happened but I thought it was a battery issue so asked them to check before they did full diagnoses which would cost $199. They did and it was a bad battery. They don’t try to scam me or try to get more fees and replaced the battery for free cause it was still under warranty. I will go there from now on even if it’s further away. Thanks team.

Tool my BZ4X in for first service advisor took my car at the exact booking time and told me it would be ready in 90 mins. Returned to the dealership 90 mins later ….car was ready can’t ask for any more than that
I was greeted not hounded. My needs were addressed with kindness, when i was looking. I came back to look again since they made me feel at eased and not a sale. I ended up buying a car from them. The owner and his son were a delight when i first visited. When i came back I was helped by Alfred, just lovely to work with. This is one of the best dealerships I've been to. Billy was a wonderful agent -- extremely helpful and got back to me right away when I had questions. The sales manager was very helpful in resolving an issue on the final quote. They were most accommodating. I've never experienced a dealership like this. No pressure. Great staff. Highly recommend them. I absolutely love my 2026 RAV 4 Hybrid Limited and am thankful to Toyota of Glendora for their help in selling me this vehicle.
