I bought my venza in Claremont but decided to have it serviced here since I was so unhappy with the other”s service. Im familiar with this location since ive been bringing my wiife’s car here for the longest time. i highly recommend this location.
A no nonsense dealership. I got in, test drove, and purchased quickly with no unnecessary add ons to the price (except for those I asked for) The sales staff and financing were helpful and to the point. No high pressure tactics.

Took my car in for service, a regular oil change, and a tire rotation appointment. I was the first customer of the day. The service took more than three hours, and this was on a Thursday at 7 am. Does this normally take this long? This is unacceptable.

I went to Toyota dealer this morning and Mr. Rodrigo he’s the one who helped me. He was very nice professional. He finished my car and he came to me respectfully and politely and tell me that your car is ready I pick up my car and I like this dealer because they hire professional people like Rodrigo. Had my Vehicle worked on and Johnathan helped me stay informed with what was needed and the time frame in which it would be completed. He also sent a follow up text when I could pick it up. When I got there I was help by Savannah, very sweet and polite young lady, she let her team know I was there for pick. I have 3 Toyota’s and I have them all serviced at this location. Excellent service and nice people.
Took an hour and I was sent a text when the work was completed.
