The gas-only engine is gone. Every 2026 RAV4 pairs a 2.5L four-cylinder with electric drive, making 226 hp front-wheel drive or 236 hp all-wheel drive on the standard hybrid, and a 320-hp Plug-in Hybrid with standard AWD, an estimated ~50 miles of electric-only range, and up to 3,500 lbs of towing.
Pick the personality that fits: Core for clean, everyday style; Rugged, led by the trail-ready Woodland with all-terrain tires, added ground clearance and off-road lighting; or Sport, including the sharp SE and XSE and the performance-tuned GR Sport plug-in hybrid.
A 12.3-inch digital driver display is standard, with an available 12.9-inch touchscreen on the new Arene software platform. Every RAV4 includes Toyota Safety Sense 4.0, Toyota's latest suite of driver-assist and active-safety features.
