The whole process was long but seamless. Everyone was helpful throughout the process we just went to look but as in my case every time I go to look I buy one so perhaps I shouldn't go look.

One star void is the web appointment has a glitch like problem after setting the time and review, it could not be finalized for unknown reasons, and I chatted with agent to solve the problem, but it ended with failure. I eventually had to try again at a different time.
