I'm deducting a point because of my (still stinging!) shock and dismay at the $2414 estimate for replacing tbe splash shield that was damaged during a weekend road trip.
A handful of the items, such as replacing my cabin air filter ($80) and my rear window wiper blade ($79) were extravagrantly overpriced. Ditto for replacing the shield, which should've been covered under the Highlander recall (according to AI).

4/10/26 - oil change appointment was made one day in advance. They were able to accommodate me the next morning and completed a recall on my RAV4 hybrid that they warned would take approximately 3 hours. In all my car was ready about 6 hours later. But, the safety recall was done, my oil change was completed, and my maintenance required light turned off, so I was a happy camper! (They texted me with all suggested recommendations prior to the work being done. They were not pushy and they just completed the work that i wanted done, which I appreciated.)
Everybody was so friendly! They were not pushy they understood your situation and they were there to truly help you out! One of the most honest dealerships I've ever been into. Highly recommend. I love my new Toyota!
